These Shipping Terms apply to all products sold through the Livosoria (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) online store. They are intended to explain the process and rules from order placement to delivery, so you can understand the shipping arrangements before completing a purchase.

1. Delivery Coverage

Delivery services are currently available within Australia only. Delivery to locations outside Australia is not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees And Charges

Orders with a total value of 99.99 AUD or above (including 99.99 AUD) qualify for free shipping. Orders with a total value below 99.99 AUD are subject to a flat shipping fee of 11.99 AUD.

All applicable taxes and related charges are included in the product prices displayed on our website. No additional fees are required beyond the amount shown at checkout.

3. Order Cut Off Time

Order processing is arranged based on business hours, with a daily cut-off time of 18:00 (CET). Orders placed and successfully paid for before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day. If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Once an order is confirmed, it will enter the preparation stage. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, during which the order is verified, packed, and prepared for handover to the logistics carrier. Please note that processing time does not include transportation time.

5. Estimated Transit Time

After dispatch, the estimated total transit time is 5–10 business days. This timeframe is for reference only and may vary due to weather, carrier operations, transportation conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

6. Shipping Carriers

We select appropriate logistics carriers based on the order details. Available carriers may include UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Australia Post. The specific carrier information will be provided in the shipping notification once the order has been dispatched.

7. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment confirmation, and relevant delivery details. Once the order has been shipped, you may visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your email address or phone number together with the corresponding order number to check the latest order status.

8. Responsibility Statement

To help ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review the following information:

  • Product damage or loss: If your package is damaged, missing, or lost during transit, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide relevant supporting information so we can assist with verification and resolution.
  • Shipping changes and cancellations: Requests for changes or cancellations may be made before the order enters the dispatch process. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, shipping information can no longer be modified or cancelled.
  • Delivery address and responsibility: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. Any delays, delivery failures, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

9. Receipt And Inspection

Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, deformation, or abnormalities, it is recommended to document the condition at the time of receipt. If any issues are discovered after delivery, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so that we may assist you further.
