  1. Shipping Coverage

We currently provide delivery services exclusively within Australia.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside Australia.

Should our shipping coverage expand in the future, updates will be published on our official website.

  1. Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer the following conditions:

— Free shipping for orders of AUD 99.99 and above
— A flat shipping fee of AUD 11.99 for orders below AUD 99.99

All taxes and applicable fees are already included in the product prices shown on our website. The final amount displayed at checkout is the total amount payable.

  1. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily processing cut-off time is 6:00 PM (CET):

— Orders placed and successfully paid before 6:00 PM will be processed on the same business day
— Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day
— Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  1. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, it will enter our fulfillment system.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, during which items are carefully verified, packed, and prepared for shipment.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes around 5–10 business days.

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:
